FCAR pet of the week

Meja was a stray and she was quite emaciated. She was found standing in the middle of a highway when one of our volunteers spotted her.

She was heartworm positive, but she is healthy now and she only wants a forever family.

Meja is a very sweet and affectionate girl, she loves being with people. She likes some other dogs, but she prefers dogs around her size or larger and she would prefer a home without cats.
Meja is also house trained. Her date of birth is Sept. 2011.

Meja has been spayed, is current on all shots, is on flea and tick prevention, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and comes with a 30-day pet health guarantee. The adoption fee is $95 with an approved application. Visit fayettefcar.com to fill out an application.
